Decide What You Want to Do
There’s so much to do in Boston that it can be hard to narrow down your choices! If you’re traveling with sports fans, you have to catch a game at Fenway. There are also plenty of concert tours that come through Boston in the summer. Is shopping on your to-do list? Visit Charlestown for antiques, Faneuil Hall (also for great food!), or Newbury Street. For classic outdoor activities, follow the Freedom Trail or check out the Boston Duck Tours. Beat the heat with a visit to the Boston Museum of Science or the New England Aquarium. Want to get out of the city for a bit? Take a day trip to a nearby beach! Whatever you decide to do, choose a few “must-do” activities and then leave some days open to relax and go with the flow.

While there is no shortage of famous places to visit and popular things to do, there are certain things about the city you just won’t know as a visitor.
