Every spring and summer, there are plenty of music and arts festivals to look forward to. And now is the best time to start planning! This week we’re talking about 3 top music festivals happening in the Boston area this summer. And what better way to arrive at one of these events than in a Boston limo from A-Executive? We certainly can’t think of one.
Boston Calling
Boston Calling is an annual music festival that takes place in Cambridge, MA, on Memorial Day weekend from May 26-28. The festival typically features a diverse lineup of popular and emerging musical acts across multiple stages. There’s also a selection of food vendors, art installations, and other attractions.
The festival was first held in 2013, and since then, it has grown in popularity and attendance. Over the years, Boston Calling has featured many well-known and acclaimed artists, including Eminem, The Killers, Tool, Chance the Rapper, Lorde, Mumford & Sons, and many more.
This year’s top artists to look out for are Paramore, The Foo Fighters, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Alanis Morissette, The Lumineers, and many more! So if you’re interested in planning a trip to see your favorite artists there, we can get you there in style with a party bus or limo!
Levitate Festival
If you’re looking for a more family-friendly event to attend, the Levitate Music and Arts Festival is being held in Marshfield, MA, from July 7-9. Levitate also had their first festival in 2013, and they describe themselves as a “community oriented, family friendly, eco-driven and eclectic three day event.” The purpose of the event is to bring the community together and showcase the great musicians and artists in the area. There’s something for everyone at this festival, and it’s well worth experiencing.
NE Country Music Fest
The New England Country Music Festival goes on throughout the summer, with shows in multiple venues throughout New England. The main event is at Gilette Stadium in August, and Kenny Chesney is set to return for the 20th time! But there are also shows in Portsmouth, NH, at the Redhook Ale Brewery, as well as other great venues. If you’re a country music fan, one of these shows has to be on your calendar!
